IDEAL Taiwan
The head quarter of Ideal Bike, is a full functional operation that including Financial, RND, Customer Service, Painting, Assembly departments.
We specialized in high end market segment, some of the well known brand we have served in the past includes GT, Schwinn, Specialized, Trek, Wilier, Fuji, Jamis etc.
While with strong RND supports, we have also developed many niche products including stepper, Triobike as well as current market demanding electric bikes.
Taiwan operation is more OE/OD orientated, where in some cases, customer rely on our expertise to bring the product come to realization. In your case, I feel there is a great chance where we can be of help.
IDEAL China
Located 2 hours drive away from Hong Kong airport, near DonGaun city in Southern part of China.The new manufacturing facility have just opened 3years ago, and have since become the representative of modern manufacturing facility role model.
The services Ideal China offer including the full welding lines equipped with in house heat treatment facilities for aluminium, 2 steel welding lines is also available.
Painting facility is currently only standard wet paint, with the evaluation of powder coating just completed.Ideal China's specialty is producing quality bicycles in large volume, which we able to assist cost saving by efficient work flow.
IDEAL Europe
Ideal Europe have been established in Poland since 1999, which specializing in produce full equipped type of city/trekking bikes. A more traditional European style type of bike, where attention on accessories and detail assembly is required for the product orientated Europe market. They have both painting and assembly manufacturing facilities and have served many well known Europe brands including Decathlon in the past. |
